Shipping

Orders for stocked items will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days! You will receive a confirmation email when your order is initially placed and another once your order is ready to ship. Please wait 12-24 hours for the tracking information to be available. 

Your order can not be changed once

items have been processed and shipped. 

If an item is not received as expected, please call us IMMEDIATELY (within 30 days of expected delivery) and check your order USPS tracking information in your SHIPMENT notification email.  If the post office indicates that the item has in fact been delivered, please check your local post office for delivery information.  We will assist in EVERY way possible in a failure of receipt situation, but if the post office supplies us with a delivery receipt, we cannot be held liable for the non-receipt.

Without notification, we cannot be held responsible for non-deliveries older than 45 days!   

We cannot be responsible for weather and related delays within USPS.  Please be patient!
